Final Finish for January…

A final OPAM finish for January…

a mini quilt (10 1/2″ x 11 1/2″) using an Ella & Skysie Designs stitchery from the Canine Capers range called “Dog Appreciates Conversation”, which I took with me and stitched while I was overseas in the middle of last year.   The dog bone fabric in the border came out of my dog fabric stash – most of which I’d completely forgotten I had, including a panel to make a tote bag, so it was like a lovely shopping expedition in the sewing room and no money spent, how good is that :).

That makes four OPAM finishes for January – whew! can’t see that being kept up.  It has been good to use or finish up things that have been languishing so maybe the momentum will continue (finger crossed).

Well, tomorrow is the start of February and a new OPAM month so time to  take a look around the sewing room and find some projects to work on for the February finishes.

Hope you got the finishes you were aiming for.

Happy sewing…
